This script will convert a dump of Evolution's V-Card (VCF) into a 
comma-delimited text file.

I did this because I started using Thunderbird instead of Evolution
(Evolution just got too buggy for me to handle).  The CSV file should
import into any email client, including Outlook and Pine.
